| Case Introduction:
Ezhou pellet plant is attached to Wuhan Iron Mining Limited Liability Company,which is a large state-owned enterprise and the largest production base in Asian,with an current annual pellet output of nearly 5 million tons.
The company produces a lot of waste heat emissions in the process of production,which has not been fully and effectively utilized.
The company leaders responded positively to the "11th Five-Year Plan" with the goal of energy saving and pollution emission reduction.They recycled and utilized the 180-degree smoke in the production to heat the normal temperature water to 85 degrees for bath, which saves the original boiler heating,and which not only effectively reduces the production of flue gas emissions,but also saves fuel used in the original water heating boiler for the company.
At present,the construction project of Wuhan Steel Mining Co., Ltd flue gas waste heat recovery for Ezhou pellet employees’ bathroom has been successfully running,which achieves the desired effect.
