PC-21 production line furnace waste heat recovery project of Pepsi Food (China) Limited Beijing Branch 
  Pepsi Food (China) Co., Ltd(Global Name Frito-Lay) is a leisure food company of the U.S. Pepsi group,whose leisure food comes out on top of the food industry in the world.Pepsi Food (China) Co., Ltd produces and sells all kinds of familiar and favorite leisure food in China,including major brands of pleasure natural potato chips,potato chips infinite pleasure,3D stereo crisp and brittle corn more surprising series.
 

  The project is PC-21 production line furnace flue gas waste heat recovery and utilization of Pepsi food (China) Co.,Ltd Beijing Daxing Branch. Recovery methods:fix a RYRHS-A normal pressure heat pipe waste heat recovery machine out of the furnace chimney,the emission smoke will be reduced from 400 ℃ to 160 ℃.The recycling heat can directly be used to heat edible oil (palm oil) so that the furnace fuel saving rate can be above 11%.

  Outlet temperature 175 ℃

  Temperature increment: 22 ℃

  Palm oil flow: 270 tons / hour
 
Designing parameters of RYRHS type of waste heat recovery machine:
  Heat pipes of waste heat recovery machine are the materials of  stainless steel 304

  Furnace inlet smoke temperature: 400 ℃

  Furnace  Outlet  smoke temperature: 160 ℃

  Heat recovery: 550000 kcal / h

  Inlet palm oil temperature: 152 ℃

  Outlet temperature :154.5-155 ℃

  Smoke side resistance: 6 mm water column

  Palm oil flow rate: 0.9 m / sec.
 
Technic lines:
Bumped  Palm oil is heated by waste heat recovery machine before it entrances into the furnace for heating.

Economic benefits:
After the system runs, oil temperature increment is 3 ℃ after being heated by waste heat recovery machine before it entrances into the furnace,the comprehensive energy-saving rate is above 15%,which surpasses far beyond the initial designing specifications.
